Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes! As long as your order meets our minimum order amount and is located within our free delivery area (Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Palmetto, Nokomis, Myakka City and others), there is no delivery/set up fee ever. Remember prices do not include sales tax
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, we deliver to other cities. Please use our contact us form or submit a quote request. Please keep in mind, even though areas noted as within our service area don't always guarantee free delivery.
Does the standard event rental time include setup?
No. Set Up time for your rental is not included in your event rental timeWe arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. Inflatables including Bounce Houses, Water Slides and Obstacle Courses are priced for all day rentals(8 hours) and all rides are quoted at a 3 hour time frame however we are always happy and able to provide additional hours at an additional cost.
When do you set up?
On time set up guaranteed. That depends upon how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Do you set up at parks? Do parks have electricity? We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept any major Credit Cards, cash, and a check if discussed prior to payment. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
Risk-free cancellation if you place the order online through our website. , Rain Check Dates Available for dates that need to be changed at any moment at no additional cost and deposits carry over to new event date you have chosen.. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all orders require 50% Credit Card deposit. Deposits are fully refundable on all inflatable equipment,, Not on Mechanical Equipment if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date.
You will be issued a Rain Check. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a raincheck that is good for 1 year on your none mechanical equipment. Please read our cancellation policy.
Spotlight Amusements Management provides 100% deposit refund to client if due to inclement wheather or situations that are beyond the control of the client.
How much space is required?
Depending on the piece(s) of equipment you reserve, space will vary. We would also be more than happy to discuss this with you. Please note that we do require a clear 6-foot path for most of our equipment. We will not move equipment up or downstairs, or lift them over objects in your yard without prior approval. Please note that the Set Up area is the space required that you will need, and not the actual size of the inflatable. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up inflatables on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If this is the only option our team will be able to assist you in providing alternatives or providing protection for the vinyl inflatable equipment which may incur an additional charge/
Do you provide certificates of insurance for large events?
We are fully insured and do provide certificates of insurance for organizations and companys including churches, schools, corporations etc. listing you as the additional insured on our policy. Proof of insurance is always available upon request to all our clients. If a residential customer would like a certifcate of insurance, one may be provided to you for a nominal fee.
